Living with FASD

Every child affected with FASD is different and has his or her own unique strengths and challenges. Therefore, not all of the strategies will work with your child. The best approach is to keep trying different strategies until you find the ones that work for you and your child. Once you find the best fit, stick to it. Remember that strategies are not always set in stone and can be modified to suit your child’s individual needs.

The following links contain day-today strategies for parents, common concerns, and survival skills from experienced parents of children with FASD.
